We’re just over a month away from FitCon 2026, and we want to start by sincerely thanking you for being part of this incredible event. Whether you’re an exhibitor or a sponsor, your participation is what makes FitCon such a powerful and exciting experience.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the important details below:


📅 Key Dates & Times

Set-Up:

      • Wednesday, May 27th (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM): For companies needing to drive into the Expo Center.

      • Thursday, May 28th (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM): For all other vendors (no vehicle access inside).

    🚫 No Friday morning setup will be allowed.

    Take-Down:

        • Saturday, May 30th: Immediately after the show ends (no early take-downs, please).

        • Sunday, May 31st (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Final breakdown window.

      Expo Show Times:

          • Friday, May 29: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

          • Saturday, May 30: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM


        🛠 Display Services

        JP Display is our official display partner and will handle the show floor setup. You should have received an email from them about ordering additional items (tables, chairs, power, racks, etc.) or shipping materials to their warehouse.

        If you haven’t heard from them, please contact Alexa at alexap@jpdisplay.com.


        🍽 Food & Beverage Sampling

        Please note: Mountain America Expo Center does not allow free distribution of beverages, including water.

        If you plan to sample food (excluding pre-packaged candy), you must complete this form:

        Submit the form to Amber Bailey. Her email is amber.bailey@sodexo.com For questions, call her at 385-303-7281.

        Once approved, reach out to the Salt Lake County Health Department at 385-468-3845 to determine if a temporary food handler’s permit is required.


        📍 Booth Placement Process

        Booth placements will begin at the end of this month. Placement order will follow this structure:

            1. Gold Sponsors
            2. Core Sponsors
            3. Premium Booths
            4. Standard Booths

          ⏳ Within each category, placement will be based on sign-up order.

          We aim to move through this process as quickly as possible, so please stay alert and responsive to emails and text messages regarding booth selection.


          📣 Promoting FitCon Together

          We’re pushing hard to promote FitCon, but we know the biggest impact comes when we all work together. With over 100 brands involved, a united marketing push—especially in the final two weeks—can be game-changing.

          Here’s how you can help:

              • Post regularly about FitCon on your social media channels

              • Encourage your audience to follow @fitcon on Instagram
