Yes, we will be but you are encouraged to purchase prior to the show
Yes! Due to COVID-19, FitCon will not be providing chairs for the event. If you want a seat, please bring your own chair or blanket. Please also keep a minimum of 6′ per family unit to accommodate social distancing.
You will receive all of your swag once at FItCon. When you arrive at FitCon, check in at the registration tables to receive your entry passes.
You will pick up your swag at the Main Merchandise booth inside of the expo. Make sure and have your email confirmation so they can give you your gear.
You are able to access any event at FitCon Texas with any general admission ticket or premium package.
Yes. Children 12 & under receive free general admission entry.
They DO NOT receive a free premium package. If you want your child to have a premium package, you must purchase a premium package for the child.
All children are required to have pass for seating for MMA, Boxing, or other additional ticketed items.
Yes. All ADA and interpreter requests must be made no later than 1 week prior to the event.
No. Absolutely no refunds. You are, however, able to transfer your tickets to another person. Go to your confirmation email, click on ‘View Your Order Online,’ and then choose to upgrade/swap/transfer your product.
If you feel that you have a special case that needs consideration for a refund, please go to www.fitcon.com/refund and we will look at each individually.
Yes, but they are subject to search at anytime.
Yes, we will have security check prior to entering FitCon. There will also be personal in FitCon with security shirts. If an incident happens, please inform a person with a security shirt ASAP.
Please find and locate a representative wearing a FitCon Security shirt and inform them of the situation. You may also find the FitCon info booth inside the venue & report the incident there.
Yes. Go to your confirmation email, click on ‘View Your Order Online,’ and then choose to upgrade/swap/transfer your product.
No, you are able to show it electronically from your phone or other devices. All you need to do is show your QR code. If you do not have it, we are able to look it up on site.
No! Each customer will be given a wristband upon entering FitCon. Entrance will ONLY be allowed to customers with the appropriate wristband.
Masks are encouraged, but not required.
We will be doing temperature and symptom checks prior to entry into FitCon.
