Athletes roll call, rules meeting, and warm up
Rogue Monster Dumbbell – 60sec
The athlete will stand forward facing the implement and have as many attempts as necessary to complete as many reps as possible within 60 seconds. You will be given a down command after every completed rep. Once the dumbbell is to the shoulder, one hand will have to be removed before the press for the rep to count.
The competitor will pick up the yoke then walk with it for 100 feet within the given 60 seconds. The competitor will be allowed unlimited drops within the given time. Time will stop when the front of the implement crosses the line.
The athlete will stand inside the trap bar; upon receiving the go command the athlete will grab the handles and complete three deadlifts. Upon which time they will be given a go command and begin a trap bar farmers walk for 50 feet. Once the implement crosses the line time will stop. Athlete will only be awarded for distance OR time of completion.
The athlete will stand behind a line and launch the sandbag any manner they see fit for max distance. The athlete will have as many attempts to throw one sandbag as far as they can for 60 seconds, the last throw within 60 seconds will be the throw recorded.
The athlete will stand upright with a cinder block to their chest. Upon receiving the press command, the athlete will extend their arms straight out and hold the block any way they see fit parallel with the floor for as long as they can. If the athlete lowers or raises the block three degrees they will be given a warning, the second infraction will end the athletes run and stop the time.
