FitCon Utah will be using Halls 4 & 5. These halls are located on the North West side of the venue near the Vivint Smart Home Arena and the Radisson Inn.

Load In & Load Out Details

  • Set up times:
    • Friday, April 5, 2017
      • 9am-6pm
  • Take down times:
    • Saturday, April 7, 2017
      • 6pm-10pm – Once exhibitor show is finished – Through venue doors only.
      • Loading dock doors WILL NOT be open during these hours. All exhibitor must go through Salt Palace entrance/exit doors.
    • Sunday, April 8, 2017
      • 7 am – 12 pm – Loading dock doors will be open for taking down needs (cars, rigs, weights, etc…)

Please use the loading dock doors on 100 South between 200 West and 300 West.

Exhibitor Entrance

The closest entrance to the expo halls are the entrances near the Radisson Inn on the north side of the convention center.

Parking

Please note the additional cost for parking. There are two parking garages at the Salt Palace. Please use the parking garage with entrances on either 100 South or 300 West.

The Salt Palace enforces a STRICT food sampling guide. Please make sure you are following all policies.

Booth Items Included

All booths include the following:

  • 8′ back drape (blue & grey)
  • 3′ side drape (blue)
  • 6′ skirted table
  • two chairs

Items NOT included (all items are optional – you are able to bring or purchase at an additional cost)

  • Power (additional cost)
  • Waste basket (you can bring or rent from JP Display)
  • Banners (Please bring for signage)
  • Internet (additional cost through Salt Palace or use your own hotspot)
  • Flooring (can rent from JP display or bring your own)
