  • Set up times:
    • Thursday, August 20
      • 10am-8pm (mandatory check in/set up – if you are not checked in on this day your booth will be forfeited)
  • Take down times:
    • Saturday, August 22
      • 6pm-12am – Once exhibitor show is finished

The West parking lot will be dedicated to vendors. Vendors will enter and exit through the West gates during show hours.

Booths include:

  • 8′ back pipe (so you can hang your banner)
  • 3′ side drape (black)

Items NOT included (all items are optional – you are able to bring or purchase at an additional cost)

  • Tables and Chairs (you can bring your own or rent from JP Display)
  • Power (additional cost from JP Display)
  • Waste basket (you can bring or rent from JP Display)
  • Banners (Please bring for signage)
  • Internet (additional cost through Salt Palace or use your own hotspot)
  • Flooring (can bring your own or rent from JP display)


Parking is free at Electric Park. There are three main parking lots at the location, East Lot, South Lot, and West lot.

Vendor Entrance will be from the West gates in the West Lot.

Electricity, labor, equipment handling (optional)

For all electrical power, labor and equipment handling, lighting, and any additional furnishings needed, please contact Alexa at alexa@jpdisplay.com.

Food Sampling

All food sampling and sales are allowed at electric park. (Except Alcohol)

We are requiring those who are sampling to WEAR proper protection to reduce the spead of Covid-19. This includes and mask and gloves.

Each exhibitor will receive 4 passes per 10×10 booth space.


10×10 space = 4 passes
10×20 space = 8 passes
10×30 space = 12 passes
20×20 space = 16 passes
