  • Set up times:
    • Thursday, August 20
      • 10am-8pm (mandatory check in/set up – if you are not checked in on this day your booth will be forfeited)
  • Take down times:
    • Saturday, August 22
      • 6pm-12am – Once exhibitor show is finished
    • Sunday, August 23
      • 8 am – 12 pm

Exhibitor Entrance

The closest entrance to the expo halls are the entrances near the Radisson Inn on the north side of the convention center.

FitCon Summit will be using Halls 3-5. These halls are located on the North West side of the venue near the Vivint Smart Home Arena and the Radisson Inn.

  • Internet (additional cost through Salt Palace or use your own hotspot)

Please note the additional cost for parking. There are two parking garages at the Salt Palace. Please use the parking garage with entrances on either 100 South or 300 West.

The Salt Palace enforces a STRICT food sampling guide. Please make sure you are following all policies.

Each exhibitor will receive 4 passes per 10×10 booth space.


10×10 space = 4 passes
10×20 space = 8 passes
10×30 space = 12 passes
20×20 space = 16 passes
